Terms of Service
Updated: 22 September 2026
Service scope, billing, eligibility and any appointment-fee reconciliation are confirmed in your signed agreement before services begin. Booking a call does not start services or authorize a charge.
Who these terms cover
VMA Management LLC is a Florida limited liability company. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean VMA Management LLC, and “you” means the business engaging us. This page describes use of our website, the Lead Generation + Estimate Booking pilot and the separate Google Business Profile + Review Management service for eligible home-service businesses.
Browsing the website, requesting an assessment or booking a consultation does not authorize a charge or begin services. Your signed agreement identifies the selected service, deliverables, payment terms and start date. It controls wherever it differs from this website summary.
Existing clients: Your accepted agreement continues to govern your engagement. This new pilot does not replace existing subscriptions, remove agreed rights or guarantees, or change an existing client's fees. Changes to an existing engagement follow that agreement and applicable law.
Two separate service offers
Lead Generation + Estimate Booking includes the agreed campaign setup, creatives and management, inquiry qualification, supported follow-up, calendar booking, confirmations, reminders and attendance tracking, with handover for exceptions. Google Business Profile + Review Management is a separate monthly service covering agreed Google Business Profile work, review requests and responses, content publishing and visibility reporting. You may purchase either service or both.
The written scope identifies business locations, connected accounts, deliverables, approvals, support and any usage allowances or additional costs. Extra services and third-party charges require agreement in advance. See our offers for the service overview.
Duration, setup and approvals
The pilot covers 30 live campaign days. We confirm its launch date after required setup, account access and approvals. The pilot does not start when you simply book a call or submit business information.
We review existing Meta assets and reuse them where suitable. Required business verification, number setup, advertising review and other platform approvals may take time. We do not promise a fixed approval or launch date and will communicate material delays.
How pauses, partial campaign days or early termination affect the pilot period and remaining advertising budget must be set out in the signed pilot agreement.
Advertising pilot costs
- $0 setup fee.
- $500 total pilot advertising budget, paid by you directly to Meta.
- VMA charges an agreed fee per qualified estimate appointment that takes place. The rate is confirmed in writing before launch.
An inquiry or calendar booking alone does not earn an appointment fee. No qualifying attended appointments means no VMA appointment fee. Meta advertising costs and separately agreed usage costs still apply. A qualifying attended estimate is billable whether or not the prospect buys.
Any platform, number, messaging or other usage costs, included allowances and responsibility for payment must be identified in the signed pilot agreement before launch. No additional service or third-party charge is automatically approved by booking a consultation.
Google Business Profile + Review Management billing
The monthly service is $499 per business location, with $0 setup fee. Your first month is paid before work begins, then you are billed monthly until canceled. This is month-to-month service with no long-term commitment. The management fee is not conditional on rankings, reviews, inquiries or revenue, and no appointment fee applies to this service.
Your scope, service start date, covered profiles, monthly billing schedule, content and response allowances, and any additional costs are agreed before payment. Cancel by emailing growth@vmamgmt.com before your next billing date to stop future monthly charges. Service-end and refund details are set out in the signed agreement. Booking a call does not authorize billing.
Qualifying appointments and records
For this pilot, eligible inquiries originate from the agreed pilot ads during the 30 live campaign days. Before launch, the written agreement defines the service type, area, project requirements, required participant, fee per appointment and final date on which an attended appointment can qualify.
An estimate appointment must meet those agreed criteria and actually take place with the prospect and your team. Canceled or unattended appointments do not earn an attended-estimate fee. A rescheduled appointment is assessed when it takes place and is not counted twice for the same estimate.
Source records, qualification answers, confirmations and attendance records support billing. The agreement defines treatment of duplicate inquiries, existing customers, inquiries already in progress, disputed attendance, reporting deadlines, billing corrections and payment timing. Qualification is based on the information provided and is not a technical inspection or a guarantee of a sale.
Appointments after the campaign ends qualify only within the eligibility window agreed in writing before launch. The same agreement sets the follow-up period for pilot inquiries. Continuing advertising or increasing ad spend requires separate approval.
Ending the pilot, refunds and later services
Contact growth@vmamgmt.com or call (786) 926-8584 about ending an engagement. Identify your business and account email; do not send payment-card details. Existing clients follow their accepted agreement.
For a new pilot, the signed agreement defines early termination, remaining advertising budget, billing corrections, refunds and adjustments to fees already paid. It also identifies the final appointment eligibility date and how remaining inquiries and rescheduled appointments are handled.
Any advertising beyond the pilot must be agreed separately. If selected, Google Business Profile + Review Management continues on its agreed monthly billing schedule until canceled; it does not extend the advertising campaign. The signed pilot agreement will state the service-end and handover process, including remaining inquiries, data exports and removal of VMA's access. Rights required by law and existing written commitments remain protected.
What you handle
- Provide accurate services, hours, service areas, availability, business details and routing instructions.
- Hold any licenses, permits or insurance required for your trade.
- Supply content you have permission to use and approve the campaign and profile information.
- Assign a person to handle technical questions, attend estimate appointments, quote, close sales and perform the work.
- Keep calendar availability, source information and appointment attendance records accurate for the agreed billing review.
- Provide required customer notices and permissions, keep appropriate permission records and honor opt-outs. Hiring VMA does not create consent to contact people.
- Tell us when prices, services, capacity or automated answers need correction.
Your accounts and information
You retain control of your business accounts and your rights in your existing website, domain, profiles, business name, customer information and materials you supply. You pay Meta directly. We use appropriate delegated access where supported and do not request shared passwords.
You authorize us to use the information and materials needed to provide the agreed service. Rights in original creative work, reusable templates and any licensed content must be described in the signed pilot scope. Third-party software and services remain subject to their owners' terms.
Continued access to VMA-managed workflows, available data exports, number transfer and any migration work depend on the signed agreement and platform capabilities. Your own domain, hosting and other subscriptions remain your responsibility. We do not promise that proprietary automations can be moved between providers.
WhatsApp and supported automation
The pilot uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (API) for connected intake and conversation handling. It is not a standalone WhatsApp Business App installation. Features depend on supported accounts, number setup, permissions and current platform rules.
Messaging is configured around customer permission, applicable messaging windows, supported templates and opt-outs. Automation must have a clear route to a person. Receiving a photo, video or voice note does not establish that an automated system can interpret its contents or diagnose a job.
The business remains responsible for important decisions, estimates, safety issues and customer service. Automated replies may be wrong. VMA's system is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional judgment.
Assessments, profiles, reviews and examples
A profile or review assessment reflects available information, which can be incomplete or outdated. It is not a Google certification, a complete technical or legal audit, or a prediction of revenue. Check findings before relying on them. Where an assessment report uses a shareable external link, anyone receiving the link may be able to view it; do not include confidential customer information.
We request honest reviews without incentives, a required rating, or selecting only happy customers. We do not fabricate reviews, suppress legitimate criticism or guarantee removal. A review helps future customers assess an experience; it does not independently prove payment or acquisition source.
Website profiles and conversations labeled “Illustrative example” explain a service. They are not VMA client results, customer endorsements, or proof of a platform partnership.
What we do not guarantee
- No specific number of leads, bookings, paid jobs, reviews or amount of revenue or profit.
- No guaranteed Google ranking, first-place placement, immediate search improvement or review rating.
- No guaranteed account or template approval, message delivery, uninterrupted third-party availability or instant synchronization.
SMS and other contact permissions
We send service-related texts in response to your request or with the permissions required for that communication. Giving a phone number, accepting terms or purchasing a service is not by itself consent to automated promotional texts or calls. Where required, promotional messages need a separate affirmative opt-in; marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
For client campaigns, the client must supply required permissions and we must configure the approved use accordingly. Our Privacy Policy describes phone-number and consent handling. We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS consent for third parties' own marketing.
SMS program rules
- Program: VMA Management LLC sends messages about requested inquiries, account notices and project updates. Promotional messages require the appropriate permission.
- Opt out: Reply STOP or tell us through another reasonable method, including email or phone. A non-promotional opt-out confirmation may be sent. We do not use a different channel to evade your marketing opt-out.
- Help: Reply HELP, email growth@vmamgmt.com or call (786) 926-8584.
- Rates and frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies with your interactions.
- Delivery: Delivery depends on your carrier and network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Age: You must be at least 18 to participate in this SMS program.
Opting out of marketing does not end a service agreement. Follow the applicable agreement and the contact instructions above to discuss ending services.
Acceptable use and security
You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unauthorized unsolicited communications. We may suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a security risk or a material breach. Where safe and practical, we will notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any financial or service-end consequences follow the signed agreement and applicable law.
Call recording or transcription requires the notices and consent applicable to the call. This website policy is not a substitute for notice at the start of a call. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information in chat or an assessment.
General legal provisions
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived and the signed agreement.
Liability limits and any pilot-specific dispute procedures will be set out in the signed pilot agreement. This page does not create a new liability cap or alter the cap in an existing client's agreement.
Changes
When these terms change, we will update their date. Material changes affecting current clients must follow their existing agreement and applicable law. Publishing this page does not change an existing engagement.
