What we collect
- Your name, business name, phone number, and email address, when you give them to us by booking a call, calling, texting, or sending a message.
- The content of messages you send us, so we can answer them.
- Basic server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type. We do not run an analytics or tracking library on this site.
Text messaging and SMS consent
If you give us your phone number, you may receive text messages from us about your inquiry, your project, or your account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We do not sell or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional use. This applies to all mobile opt-in data and is not subject to any exception.
We share phone numbers only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only so those messages can be sent. Those providers are not permitted to use your number for their own marketing.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at growth@vmamgmt.com or (786) 926-8584. Opting out of texts does not stop us from contacting you by phone or email about work already in progress.
Data security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal information and mobile data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse.
How we use your information

- To schedule and hold a call with you.
- To build and run the services you have hired us for.
- To send you invoices and service notices.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to be on.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to host this website, deliver calls and text messages, schedule appointments, and send email. They receive only what they need to perform that work, and they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as you are a client and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax and legal reasons. If you were never a client, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices

- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages.
- Ask us to stop contacting you entirely.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add a chat widget, it may set a cookie needed to keep your conversation open. That is its only purpose.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
